Registered Conveyancer | Director | Co-founder
Trish calls Woodchester home with her husband and adult children, after living in the Murraylands for around 25 years.
She still has a strong connection with the Murraylands, working between Strathalbyn and Murray Bridge and also spending time with her children and grandchildren who remain in the Murray Bridge area.
She has been working in the conveyancing industry for 10 years and has experience in a number of areas such as residential, riverfront properties including water licence transfers, family farm transfers and land divisions. She’s a problem solver always striving to obtain the best outcome for the parties while working harmoniously with her fellow conveyancers.
Trish prides herself on her communication and is always available to answer any questions or queries as ‘no question is a silly question’. She does her utmost to make the process as stress free as possible for her clients and is there with them from start to finish. One of the things she most enjoys is making the all important call with the good news that settlement has gone through…..it’s very satisfying and still a thrill even after all this time in the industry to hear the excitement in her clients voices.
In her spare time Trish loves being with her family, especially her two beautiful grandchildren. She’s a big dog lover and is in the process of adopting her second greyhound….just a little excited!! She’s a bit on the crafty side and loves turning her hand to sewing, painting or paper craft. Decorating is a favourite too.
Trish is always looking to build on her knowledge and keep up to date with the ever changing industry. She and Co-Director Mel Kempe want the best for their clients at Connolly Wilson Conveyancing.
