We have a rare opportunity to begin your conveyancing career within our growing regional conveyancing firm. 🖋ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking an enthusiastic team member to assist will all facets of the business, initially in a part-time capacity, with a view for the role to grow as the business does. The role offers a supportive work environment in a highly regarded firm, which boasts positive peer and client relationships within the property sector. Servicing the Eastern Fleurieu Peninsula, Murraylands and Adelaide Hills, this role is based in both our Murray Bridge and Strathalbyn offices. 🖋ABOUT US Connolly Wilson Conveyancing was established in 2017 and continues to grow year-on-year. We operate two offices, in Murray Bridge and Strathalbyn, and service clients throughout South Australia and interstate. A member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and a certified e-conveyancing practitioner, we continually strive to be leaders within our sector and foster an outstanding workplace for our employees. Connolly Wilson Conveyancing is trusted for delivering exceptional customer service and going above-and-beyond for our clients. 🖋ABOUT YOU This role would suit someone who: - Enjoys delivering attentive service; - has a desire to continually further their education and inter-personal skills, - is interested in property law, - is a reliable team member - Values confidentiality - Is able to follow directions to a high standard. Conveyancing is a niche and rewarding career path. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn first-hand this highly-skilled profession while supporting our registered conveyancers. No experience is necessary, although an aptitude in computer programs is required. School-leavers, TAFE and university students and male candidates are encouraged to apply. Initially 21.5 hours per week will be available, with flexible arrangements available to the right candidate. HOW TO APPLY Applications will be accepted until 6pm Sunday, October 20.
